For bulk orders, what is the best way for shipping?
For shipping method:
If total weight lower than 30kgs, we suggest deliver by express DDU.
If total weight lower than 100kgs, we suggest deliver by air + UPS DDP delivery to your door.
If total weight more than 100kgs, and you are from USA, EU, AU, we will delivery by sea + UPS DDP to your door, but it takes longer time.

If I order samples, what shipping method you use?
For sample delivery, we use express: UPS, DHL, FEDEX and TNT. Normally around 5 to 7 days to your door.

Can I get a free sample from you?
Sure. For our stock samples, we can offer them for free if the shipping cost can be covered by you. For custom samples, it is not free because there is a solid direct cost added, such as printing molds, new sample production, etc. However, we will refund the custom sample cost if related bulk orders achieve a certain quantity.

How long is the production lead time?
For standard orders (without complex printing process), lead time is 15-25 days. For large quantities or complex , it’s 25-35 days. We also offer expedited service if needed.

Do you provide design and structural support?
Absolutely! Our professional design team offers free structural design, dieline support, and artwork revision to help you bring your vision to life.

What file format do you need for printing?
We prefer high-resolution files in AI, PDF format.

What’s customization option?
We provide material, thickness, size, logo or design printing and various package. If you have any idea, just tell us and we will help you to make it real.

What payment method do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including TT bank transfer, credit cards, PayPal, and some local payment methods in certain regions.
We can also accept online Alibaba Trade Assurance Orders.
